On Sunday June 20, a member of the executive was cutting grass on the 3D loops when he noticed a small cougar watching him from the heavy brush. The cougar took off as soon as he started cutting grass towards it. Members should be extra cautious while at the range, especially if they have dogs or children with them. If you encounter a cougar Do Not Run and Do Not Turn Your Back. Make sure dogs are on leash and keep children close. Make yourself look big – wave your arms, do not crouch down or bend over. Make Noise! Report any further sightings to Club Executive.
